Welcome to the Users section of your app! This is your centralized hub for managing everyone registered to use your app. Whether you want to view user details, delete users, export user data, invite new users, or collaborate with multiple admins, this guide will walk you through all the essential features to keep your user management smooth and effective.

Accessing the Users Section

To start managing your app’s users:
  • Click the Users icon located in the left-hand menu of your app builder interface.
  • This opens the Users section, where all user management tools are conveniently located.

Viewing Users

Inside the Users section, you’ll find a detailed table listing all registered users. This overview provides essential information at a glance:
  • Email — the user’s registered email address.
  • Role — the user’s assigned role in the app (e.g., User, Admin), displayed with color-coded badges for quick recognition.
  • First Name and Last Name — to easily identify users.
  • Created At — the date and time when the user was added.
  • User ID — a unique identifier for each user.

Managing Users

Deleting Users

  • To revoke a user’s access, click the trash can icon next to their entry.
  • Confirm the deletion to immediately remove their access from your app.

Exporting Users

  • To create a backup or analyze user data externally, click the Export button in the top-right corner.
  • This downloads a CSV file containing user emails, roles, names, and other relevant details for your records.

Inviting New Users

Expanding your app’s community is easy with the Invite User feature:
  • Click the Invite User button at the top right of the Users section.
  • A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the new user’s email and assign their role.
  • After sending the invitation, the recipient will receive an email to join your app securely and quickly.

  1. Enter the invitee’s email address in the Email field.
  2. Choose their Role from the dropdown menu (such as User or Admin).
  3. Click Send Invitation to dispatch the invite.

Collaborate by Adding Multiple Admins

To build and grow your app more effectively, you can add more users as Admins! This enables you to collaborate with trusted team members by granting them full administrative access to manage users, settings, and app content alongside you. Benefits of adding admins:
  • Share the workload of managing users and app settings.
  • Ensure continuous management even when you’re unavailable.
  • Collaborate on building and improving your app together.
To add additional admins, simply invite new users and assign them the Admin role during the invitation process. Once they accept, they’ll have the same powerful management capabilities as you do.
